Tim Quinn

Chief Operating Officer (Co-Founder)

Tim has direct responsibility for eXstream’s corporate strategy, operations, finance and investor relations functions. Prior to founding eXstream, Tim held a variety of positions in the corporate finance department at Ladenburg Thalmann and Co. Inc. where he completed transactions totaling over $1 billion for entrepreneurial companies in the gaming, telecommunications, Internet and technology industries. At Ladenburg, Tim was instrumental in the development and branding of a new-client development initiative targeting companies that created and used technology applications to reach the consumer youth markets. Prior to joining Ladenburg, Tim was an associate in the Leveraged Buyout area of Wade Capital Corporation, an International Merchant Bank. Tim graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
