Ro Dooley Webster is Boston Market Director of Communications, CBS Local Media. As Boston Market Director of Communications, CBS Local Media, Dooley Webster oversees public relations and public affairs for all of the CBS Local Media properties in the Boston market: WBZ-TV, TV38 (WSBK-TV), WBZ NewsRadio 1030, 98.5 The Sports Hub, 100.7 WZLX, Mix 104.1, 103.3 WODS-FM and the stations' online assets, including CBSBoston.com. In addition, Dooley Webster is the official spokesperson for all Boston CBS Local Media properties.

Before being named Boston Market Director of Communications, CBS Local Media in January 2011, Dooley Webster served for six years as Director of Communications and Public Affairs for WBZ-TV and TV38. Dooley Webster has more than twenty years of top management experience in broadcast journalism and marketing in New England. Before joining CBS, she served as director of public relations for Sunbeam-owned Boston NBC affiliate WHDH-TV, where she managed all communications and many aspects of the station's community relations functions. She has also worked as the public relations director for the then Tribune-owned Boston WB affiliate WLVI-TV. Before that, she was director of press and public relations at New England Cable News (NECN), the largest of the country's seven regional news networks. Dooley Webster was critical to the network's successful launch and instrumental in the launch of "The FOX 25 News at 10" which was at that time produced by NECN.

Dooley Webster serves as 1st Vice President for The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, New England chapter. She serves on the selection committee for the New England Women's Leadership Awards, the annual signature fundraising event for The Boys and Girls Clubs of Dorchester. Dooley Webster also serves on the 2011 Women's Leadership Forum Committee hosted and sponsored by The Ad Club of Boston. Most recently, Dooley Webster joined the prestigious Executive Leadership Institute presented by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the MIT Sloan School of Management and the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at the JFK School of Government at Harvard University.

Dooley Webster received her MA Degree in Marketing Communications from Emerson College, and she is the first Emerson graduate student to be awarded the Advertising Club of Greater Boston's Joyce Geary Memorial Scholarship. Ro was graduated from Boston College double majoring to earn a BA Degree in Communications and Marketing. She is a graduate of Milton Academy.

Dooley Webster is a New England native who resides in Boston with her husband.
