Robert W. Mickolsz Vice President Sales & Marketing World Wide

Bob Mickolsz is the newest member to join the management team at eXstream. Bob successful career spans 26 years in customer service, sales, and business development. Prior to eXstream, Bob served as the Vice President of Professional Services at IPeria, a mid stage VOIP applications company. He managed all system integration deployments for over a dozen major telecommunications service providers. Bob was the Vice President of Professional Services and Director of Advanced Service Delivery at PictureTel Corporation. Bob introduced new services and dramatically reduced costs with an e-support initiative. He was an Account Executive with Geotek Communications an international wireless communications firm. Prior to that, Bob held various senior level sales and services positions during his 17 year career with Hewlett Packard. He launched a security consulting practice within the Northeast and co-authored a book on Program Methodology for system integration engagements.
